                                            Product introction  

   Galfan High Corrosion Resistant Galfan alloy is a low melting point Zn-5% Al-mixed rare earth (<0.01). The alloy is represented by Zn-5AI-MM in the ASTM standard. The generic name of its coated products in the world is called Galfan. An outstanding feature of the Galfan coating is that it has no intermediate brittle alloy layer and therefore has good formability. Corrosion resistance of GI and GALFAN Compared with the salt spray corrosion of other coated steel plates, GaIIan has a life expectancy of 2 to 3 times higher than that of ordinary galvanized sheets. Galfan's corrosion resistance is between the ordinary galvanized sheet and Galvalume, and it has excellent steel-based trimming and scratch protection. In the international market, Galfan products are available in steel coils, coated plates, coated steel wires and steel pipes. The typical use of the bare-faced Galfan is the “inner cover components of the car, such as: oil filter covers, headlamp brackets, covers for electric drives and v-belts. Galfan has been successfully used for window frame components, Dishwasher enclosures, garage doors, room dividers, waste bin covers and prefabricated building panels.
