Aluminum-galvanized steel sheet is composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc and 2% silicon solidified at 600 'C. Its whole structure consists of Al-Fe-Si-Zn, forming a compact quaternary crystal alloy.
Aluminum-coated galvanized steel sheet has many excellent characteristics:
strong corrosion resistance, which is three times that of pure galvanized steel sheet;
beautiful zinc flowers on the surface, which can be used as building outdoor panels;
The corrosion resistance of "aluminized and galvanized steel coil" is mainly due to the protective function of aluminium. When zinc is abraded, aluminium forms a dense layer of alumina, which prevents further corrosion of the corrosive material.
