Factory standard 

PPGI:Zinc coating is 12g,painting thickness is8-9μm.The barnd of paint is Ordinary domestic paint.

GI steel:The range of zinc coating is 12g  to 275g.The steel material with zinc coating 12g is called galvanized substrate for PPGI in China.

What do we supply  for the clients?

2.For paint coating,factory standard is 8-9um.However,MESCO supply 15-120μm for clients.Our minimum standard is 15μm.

3.About galvanized steel,the range of zinc coating is 30 to 275g.The surface treatment is oiled,skin pass,chromated or anti-finger print  whcih is up to client demands.Mesco can do the service of sliting,punching,pipes,roofing sheet for clients.
