MESCO STEEL was founded in the year of 2007, during 13 years’ developing and accumulating, it has turned to a Diversified Group Enterprise. There are four general categories of main products in it now.

Firstly, steel part, which MESCO has been dealing with and working hard for 13 years. Main products include CR, GI, GL, PPGI, PPGL, profiles, pipes, etc. As the quality requirements get higher and higher by the clients along with the anti-corrosion time is expected to be longer and longer, MESCO started focusing on the research of new technology and new material like aluminized steel, ZAM steel, powder coated steel, enamelled pressed steel, etc. Their anti-corrosion time can be 30-50 years at least, this makes them become quite popular in global market.

Secondly, machinery and equipment. Why? Because MESCO is no ordinary exporter, it’s serving 380+ domestic clients who are using different types of machines to manufacture corrugated sheets and sandwich panels. MSCO was named Top 50 coated steel products supplier in 2019 and Top 30 coated steel supplier in 2020. Being the biggest private coated steel supplier in northeast China, our local customers are from northeast China, east China including Shanghai, Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces of south China. Just because we have these clients, we know machines produced by which companies have reliable quality, relevant macheneries and equipments contain cranes, de-coilng machine, cutting machine, slitting machine, bending machine, forming machine sandwich panel machine and so on. As a new person who just started sheet forming business, machine is very important, because if it’s not applicable, there will be big problems. Thirdly, Gomin heavy duty anti-corrosion paint. Why do we bring it in? MESCO has been researching and dealing with light duty anti-corrosion materials for many years while nearly all heavy duty paint is environmental pollutive. In 2020 MESCO invested and developed Gomin paint which is quite a huge success and solved this biggest problem. It is absolutely zero VOC volatilizing and completely non-pollution. Besides, it’s UV-curing, paint surface dries within 3 minutes. What’s more, it is resistant to strong acid and alkali. This technique is holding the incomparable leadership position in China. The experiment we made in German shows that Gomin paint is quite capable to compare with the paint from Japan and America, and it’s more environmentally-friendly. Now MESCO have both light duty anti-corrosion and heavy duty anti-corrosion products.

Fourthly, integrated house. MESCO has been working on raw materials for 13 years, very familiar with the technology, cost and resource of processing. Integrated house is the concentrated reflection of the good materials and solutions which accumulated ever since. It is fully researched, designed and developed by MESCO itself, and defined as the 4th generation steel structure construction. After the course of raw material - corrugated sheet - further processing - integrated house, the product structure is more perfect. MESCO’s integrated house solved the biggest problem that it can’t be loaded in a 20’ container if the width exceeds 2350mm, but we can make the width up to 6000mm. More over, it is LEGO type assembling which is very easy to install, no need to carry the parts by crane because the heaviest part is less than 55kg.
