Powder painting steel VS traditional prepainted steel

Powder coating is a coating prepared by mixing resin, pigment and filler, curing agent and auxiliary agent in a certain proportion and through processes such as melt extrusion, crushing and sieving.

Superiority than traditional:

1. The powder coating has 100% solid content and exists in powder state. There is no waste water and waste gas produced in the manufacturing process and zero VOC emission.

2. Efficiency, Economy, Economic, Ecology and other characteristics, internationally known as "4E" coating.

3. The coating thickness of paint color coated plate is generally 15-30 μ m / 5-15 μ m. if it exceeds 30 μ m. The process is complex and the operation cost is relatively high.

The coating thickness of the powder color coating plate is normally 45 μ m / 25 μ m. by adjusting the powder and coating parameters, the thickness can reach 120 μ m, only one spraying and one curing can be completed, greatly reducing the operation cost.
