Regarding quotation validity, normally, our written quotation is valid for 7-15 days, and the specific validity period will be clearly marked on the quotation. Within the quotation validity period, after the customer confirms the order and pays the deposit, the price will be locked and will not be affected by subsequent market price fluctuations. For long-term cooperative large customers, we can sign an annual framework agreement and agree on a price adjustment mechanism to give customers more favorable and stable price protection during the contract period.

To help customers cope with price fluctuation risks, we provide the following price locking solutions: First, deposit price lock - after the customer pays 30%-50% of the deposit, we can lock the order at the current price, and the balance will be paid off before shipment. Second, batch delivery - for large orders, customers can choose batch delivery and batch settlement to reduce the capital pressure and price risk of a single purchase. Third, futures hedging - for super large orders, we can assist customers in hedging through the futures market to lock raw material costs. Fourth, long-term agreement - sign a half-year or annual purchase agreement, agree on a price adjustment formula, usually based on the ex-factory price of major steel mills, plus reasonable service fees.
