Grade Selection Guide
For automotive exhaust pipe flanges, we recommend a 120 g/m² coating weight on a DX52D base. For industrial furnace linings and high-temperature flue ducts, choose 150 g/m² on S280GD high-strength base steel. For appliance inner cavities and oven chambers, 80 g/m² with a skin-passed surface is ideal — ready for direct stamping with no secondary treatment required.
