Quality Assurance Process
Every production batch undergoes five mandatory outgoing inspections before shipment: coating weight (magnetic method), silicon content spectral analysis, 180° bend adhesion test, 500-hour salt spray test (ASTM B117), and tensile strength verification. All test data is provided with each batch and independent third-party re-inspection is fully supported.
