MESCO supplies color coated steel sheet and coil for roofing, wall cladding, appliance housings, white goods, interior panels and industrial components. Pre-painted steel arrives ready to fabricate, saving your production line the cost and complexity of painting while delivering a uniform, durable finish.
We coat GI, GL and cold rolled substrates with polyester, SMP, PVDF, powder, heat-resistant and antibacterial systems, in custom RAL or Pantone colors, with paint film thickness up to 300 microns for demanding applications.
What Is Color Coated Steel?
Color coated steel is produced by continuously cleaning, treating and painting a metal coil, then curing the coating in an oven. The finished coil is cut or roll-formed into building and appliance parts. Compared with post-painting, pre-painted steel gives superior coating adhesion, consistent color and faster production turnaround.

Paint film thickness, gloss, adhesion (cross-cut and T-bend), impact resistance and color difference are tested per batch. Coils are inspected before packing and protected with edge and surface guards for sea freight.
